Odyssey Consulting is an engineering and management consulting firm supporting commercial and government customers primarily in the aerospace and defense industries. Although our corporate office is in Little Rock, Arkansas, our employees support customer sites in California, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

Chief Executive Officer
Jaimie Gentry is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before becoming CEO of Odyssey Consulting, she held leadership positions in the supply chain management, legal services, and financial services industries. Mrs. Gentry manages the company’s financial, physical, and human resources, as well as all day-to-day business operations. She is responsible for contracts management and is active in all business development activities.
Dane Egli, PhD
Chief Strategy Officer
Dr. Egli is a senior advisor for National Security Strategies at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland, focused on Homeland Security, Critical Infrastructure Resilience, Cyber and Maritime Security. From 2004-2006 he served at the White House on the National Security Council staff as a Director for Counterterrorism and Global Counternarcotics, and was senior advisor to President George W. Bush on hostage rescue and global counternarcotics policy. As Chief Strategy Officer for Odyssey Consulting, Dr. Egli provides actionable, quantitative plans to execute the company’s key strategic initiatives.
Bradley Gentry, PMP
Chief Operating Officer
Bradley Gentry holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He is a former Systems Engineer and Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems and has nearly 20 years of experience designing and testing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems. As COO, Mr. Gentry is responsible for establishing corporate policy, business development, and customer satisfaction.
Consulting Sensor Product Quality Engineer
Phil Lembo is an Imagery Analyst, Product Quality Expert, and Phenomenologist. He has been a Systems Engineer Technical Assistant (SETA) for the last 12 years with General Dynamics and Scitor Corporations covering image quality engineering, systems testing, and training. His broad career supports these roles with hands on experience including military and civilian leadership positions as an Officer in Charge (OIC) and Program Manager. Phil’s open writings, briefings, conference presentations, and seminars have led many of his government and industry colleagues to consider him a “National Treasure.” His imagery assessments combine both art and engineering. Phil teaches with both depth and breadth mixed with understanding, enthusiasm and humor.
Senior Consulting Systems Engineer
Calvin Langford is a former Naval Aviator and Northrop Grumman Mission System Engineer. In those roles, he has led tasks related to aviation safety, weapons system engineering, electronic warfare, system engineering for networked computing and sensors, and the sequence of sensor development through integration, test and selloff. As an Odyssey Consulting System Engineer, Mr. Langford is available to assist your organization develop your team’s architecture, technical baseline, integration, test and selloff plans to create a successful solution for the warfighter.
Senior Consulting Systems Engineer
Jeff Fleming is a former Northrop Grumman mission systems engineer with over 30 years of experience in the design, development, integration and verification of surface, airborne and space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems. Typical responsibilities include leading the development of key systems engineering work products such as Systems Engineering Management Plans, CONOPS, System Architecture Descriptions, System/Subsystem Specifications and Design Documents, Interface Control Documents, Test/Verification Plans and Risk Management Plans. Jeff is thoroughly familiar with Cost Account Management and Earned Value techniques required on DoD programs. He also has hands-on experience with systems engineering tools and methods, including Rhapsody for model-based engineering, the use of DOORS for requirements management, and the use of ClearCase/ClearQuest for configuration management.
Consulting Systems Engineer
Ted Wojtysiak is a passionate engineer who has ten years of experience working with RF Systems. After earning a Masters Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, he served as a Radar Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation. He also developed advanced Software Defined Radio solutions for Praxis Engineering. Ted has a diverse set of skills including hardware, software, modeling, and system integration. He has fielded custom small-scale systems and developed new capabilities specifically designed to meet his customer’s needs. Ted is a quick learner who enjoys fast paced environments and new challenges.
Senior Contracts Manager
Mark Littleton has over 37 years of extensive business management experience with DoD, international, commercial and classified customers. He graduated from Loyola University, Maryland in 1978 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned his MBA from the University of Baltimore in 1985. Mark’s business management experience literally covers major products from under seas to outer space and all points in between, both as a prime contractor and as a major first tier subcontractor. He has led or participated in over 100 negotiations totaling in excess of $5B and has managed over $8B of contract value.
Contract Program Security Officer
Donna Tringali has over 40 years experience developing and administering program security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. She is skilled in conducting security education training, ensuring document control, and developing program protection plans and emergency action plans. As CPSO, Donna serves as the security focal point between customer and program staff.
Director of Business Development
DeAnna Beam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional and Technical Writing, a Master’s Degree in Education, and an Education Administrator’s License. She is a former school district administrator and teacher for a central Arkansas public school system with 20+ years’ business experience including project coordination, project management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. She has non-profit and government contract writing experience and currently provides research, writing, and continuous improvement processes for a non-profit organization. As the Director of Business Development, Mrs. Beam provides research and development to reveal effective strategies that will attract new business, hone in on best marketing practices, and build customer relationships.
