I have over 15 years of professional recruiting experience that includes CIO, IT Managers, Projects
Managers, Software Architects, and Developers. I have recruited IT professionals for many Fortune 500
companies including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Navistar International, JP Morgan/Chase and Nationwide
Insurance. My merits include recognition by Who’s Who as one of the Top Young Men of America.
My education includes Business Management and Human Resource Management degrees from Franklin University.
I am involved with several community service activities and serve as a board member with American Red Cross,
American Heart Association, DAMA and NAAHR.

highly qualified placements for clients and meaningful projects for consultants. I enjoy the challenge
of matching the right consultant with the right position and this process has generated many friendships
along the way. I graduated OSU in 1981 where I majored in French and minored in Italian; I speak Spanish
and am fairly fluent in Portuguese (Brazil). When out of the office, you will most likely find me
riding Ohio by-ways with my husband Mike on our 2000 Harley Davidson Road King or canoeing down one of
Ohio’s many scenic rivers.

I began my career in Human Resources. Soon after, I had the opportunity to work as a programmer working
with Java and client server technology. I subsequently realized that my initial interest to be in the HR
industry was far stronger than being a developer. After five successful years of working as a technical
recruiter and with a passion to learn more about HR, I completed my professional certificate course in
HRMS from Franklin University in Columbus, OH. In 2005, I joined Odyssey Consulting as a Technical
Recruiter. My technical background and experience as a developer helps me understand the requirements
of the clients and evaluate the IT professionals for the best possible placement. I thoroughly enjoy
the recruiting world as I get to meet and talk to different IT professionals everyday, presenting them w
ith job opportunities and being a part of their career growth.
I began my professional career in Columbus 35 years ago as a mainframe Programmer and later as a
Systems Programmer. In 1990, I joined an IT consulting company as a Technical Recruiter, joining Odyssey
in 2001. I graduated from OSU with a BS degree in Business Administration and although my coding days
are far behind me, I enjoy technology and work hard to stay on top of all the latest and emerging technologies
by reviewing technical publications, participating in professional organizations, and seeking the counsel
of IT experts. I have literally talked with thousands of IT professionals over the years and I’ve been
personally responsible for placing nearly 500 IT professionals in consulting positions. I believe that
I’ve got the best job in the company because I get to say, “Welcome aboard.”
From the mid 1990s to the mid 2000s I worked in many facets of IT. This consisted of IT support environments,
coordinating hardware / software conversion projects and establishing IT training platforms and helpdesks.
In addition to my IT experience, I have been an active musician, booking agent and event promoter within the Columbus,
OH music industry for more than a decade. While not working at Odyssey during the day, I book music events such as
weddings and corporate events.
Odyssey maintains a very close relationship with its clients and consultants, which sets us apart from the
competition. As a self motivated, full life cycle staffing and recruiting specialist, I enjoy developing
Odyssey’s recruiting strategies and processes while working closely with our management and sales teams.
It’s nice to have the opportunity to leverage my existing technical skills by creatively
tapping into my entrepreneurial drive. Although I have an MBA in Marketing I am experienced primarily
as an IT Recruiter and love it. I enjoy the challenge of finding candidates the right job immediately
and work everyday to keep my personal interaction with the candidates going steadily to provide them the
customer service that each deserves.
I have a Bachelors of Sciences with an MBA in Systems & Marketing. I have over six years of experience
in IT/HR industry joining Odyssey in 2005 with hands-on experience with technologies such as: Client Server,
RDBMS, Data Warehousing, Multimedia, and Internet/ Intranet, Oracle, SQL, Informatica and several QA
methodologies and tools. I also have a good understanding of business areas such as: technical support,
enterprise resource planning, business intelligence, business development & marketing and technical
infrastructure and hence understand the IT needs of businesses in today’s market. I am very much a
people person and am comfortable working with IT professionals at all levels from Management, Project Leads,
System Engineers and Administrators, to Developers, Q/A Testers and Technical Support people. I enjoy vendor
and client relationship management and I receive a great deal of satisfaction from helping consultants fulfill
their career goals.
